The Middle Ground
Midpoints of the Aries Ingress
When I do astrology, I frequently include midpoints in my delineations. I’ve been heavily practicing midpoints since around 2022. My technique grew and changed into something I found incredibly accurate back in 2024 when I switched to sidereal zodiac, and tracked ingresses with the Vernal Point. If there is interest, I can get deep into my thought process and theory for the way I use midpoints, but that would be a post on its own. If there’s interest, just let me know in the comments!
Midpoints to the Vernal Point and Sun
Jupiter/Descendant
Mercury/Moon
Rahu/Moon
Mars/Venus
Vernal Point (VP)/Sun
VP/Neptune
Sun/Neptune
The first midpoint is made from the 2H Jupiter in Gemini and the 7H Descendant in Scorpio, to the 11H Pisces Sun and Vernal Point. So we have a Harmed Jupiter, whose also square the Sun, forming a Midpoint to it from the Second House. This interaction could show attempts to come together, or seek assistance from others due to a lack of resources.
Mercury in the 10H of Aquarius, and Moon in the 11H of Pisces form a midpoint to the Sun and Vernal Point. This can bring in themes of children, young people, general travel themes. Planning, schedule, daily plans, and daily office/work hours can also be included. When we combine these midpoint themes with the houses and signs, we can get themes of using young people to one’s advantage, harm caused to the young population potentially due to lack of resources. Disruptions in work schedules, changes in the daily work routine. Restrictions put on the general population and parts of the government such as state and local related governments.
Rahu in the 10H of Aquarius forms a midpoint to the Sun and Vernal Point with the Moon in the 11H of Pisces. From this energy I get a lot of deception, especially reading it within the full context of the chart. Deceptions around the war may come into play here as well, as in my previous ingress post I noted the tenth house is related to war significations in this chart. This also brings in the interactions of mixing the religious 11h with the war 10h, and reassuring people that this war is ‘ordained by god.’ Which is something that is happening already, expect this to be a running theme going forward through this year.
Venus in the 11H of Pisces is forming a midpoint to the Sun and VP with Mars in the 10H of Aquarius. This midpoint can be linked to procreation, themes of marriage, male relatives, and close friends. From this I’m assuming there will be more governmental control over the themes of procreation and marriage. Friendships or alliances between those who work in federal and state governments will be on shaky foundations. I could see a lot of people turning against Trump and those who are ‘maga aligned’ in the administration.
The last three midpoints on the list are conjunctions and would be read as so. Confusion, chaos, and deception surrounding the current ruling class in the United States. I also speculate disease and sickness to be a theme as the year moves on. We bring all the significations from the houses, signs, and rulerships in these midpoints made to the Sun and Vernal Point to narrow down predictions. We have Second, Seventh, and Tenth House energy being picked up in the 11H by the Sun and Vernal Point. We have themes of a lack of resources, and a lack of support from allies. Rough relations between the President along with ‘Maga’- aligned republicans to other republicans. Using the power of authority and words to seem more in control, using these words to calm the masses.. or at least try.
The Ascendant

IC/Saturn
The MC had no midpoints formed to it, so the next point we read is the Ascendants Midpoints.
We have the 2H Lot of fortune forming a midpoint to the 1H Lot of Spirit in the first house of Taurus. A lot of the focus of the country will be over a lack of resources, and how we respond to that. The 3H IC forms a midpoint to the ascendant with Saturn in the 11H of Pisces. We will see restriction in travel, trade, communications, journalism, we may see more job loss. I expect with all the water themes there may be some problems based around the themes of water, drinking water, water for shipping, water for production purposes.
Reading these midpoints together shows our country will be facing hardships, there may be too much of a focus on technology and resources to produce new technology. The 2H morals and values that surround technology, and religious preaching (Jupiter in Gemini), will be something other countries will be wrangling while considering relationships to our country.
The Moon
Uranus/Mars
Lot of Fortune/Pluto
Venus/Moon
The 1H Taurus Uranus forms a midpoint to the 11H Moon in Pisces with the 10H Mars in Aquarius. This brings in themes of sudden outrage within the population. Sudden changes in travel, both short and long distance. This brings to mind the wait times at the TSA currently. This will be a year long theme. Another delineation of Mars/Uranus on the Moon is sudden physical accidents, or physical harm.
The 2H Lot of Fortune in Gemini forms a midpoint to the Moon with the 9H Pluto in Capricorn. We can see this midpoint playing out currently with airports as well, a lack of 2h resources is harming the 9H long-distance travel of the 11H Moon which represents people. Other delineations could be laws enforced that restrict travel to and from the country. Immigration numbers declining, tourism numbers declining. A lot of legal battles may be around resources, but also legal battles may go slower due to religious morality being considered. Religious morals will be a larger thing entering the governments introduction of new legislature.
The last midpoint is the conjunction of Venus and the Moon.
All of these themes together show malefic events that affect our population over time due to a lack of resources to cover those events. This can also be linked to the war, the troops the united states is sending for a ground invasion don’t look like they have the stars on their side. The interactions in the midpoints also have me worried about how many sudden attacks, or large bombings, our country may do this year. There is no concern for the lives of people.

With the Ascendant and Descendant forming a midpoint to Mars, we can see that most of the relations within the government, and between other countries governments will be based in authority and aggression.
The 9H Capricorn Pluto forms a Midpoint to the 10H Mars with the Moon in the 11H of Pisces. One delineation of this can be planning sporadically, or planning on the spot. It seems like the government will be disorganized in planning during the war, bringing even more hard to people. Making decisions and plans out of pure aggression, while signing it as God’s will (i go into this delineation for the 11H in my first post on this ingress.)
Jupiter
Lot of Spirit/Ketu
The firs house Lot of Spirit forms a midpoint with the 4H Ketu in Leo to Jupiter in the 2H of Gemini. I could see this showing our foundations crumbling as we focus money and resources on things that aren’t important. Losing money in general. Harm to farmers or farms causing a crisis for food. Housing Markets suffering under the financial landscape. I link the second and fourth houses to defense military significations, for example cyber security, but also our resource or stock of guns, ammo, bombs, etc. We will probably go through a lot of this stock, and struggle to keep up production.
Cyber attacks that affect our defense systems, but also affect foundational parts of our country. Especially in the realms of technology, higher education, the rich and powerful, hospitals, and places of religion.

The 1H Lot of Spirit forms and midpoint to the 11H Venus with the 10H Aquarius Mars. I could see this as our war actions tainting how many people see our country. The 1H Uranus and 10H Mercury and Rahu added into this energy shows sudden communications of ‘good news’. I could see this as our government trying to blur or obstruct people from seeing the true costs of this war to people’s lives. They will be spreading positive messaging of winning, or positive messaging about necessity to escalate. Most of these will soon be uncovered as lies though.
The Ascendant in Taurus and Midheaven in the 9H of Capricorn form a midpoint to Venus. This brings in themes of harmonious relations, but when we add in all of the themes from houses and such we can delineate this further. We know the previous midpoints bring in false positive messaging. These additional midpoints bring in 9H themes like long distance travel, shipping, religion, churches, preachers, etc. I expect this to bring in “positive” religious messages from the governing bodies.
The IC and Descendant forming a Midpoint to Venus have a similar interaction, but bring in relations with the third and seventh houses. So positive messaging concerning trade, wanting only positive news being reported on, being loudly supportive of allies. Also with the neighboring countries theme of the 3H, it makes me think of this map Hegseth promoted recently of “Greater North America”. This kind of describes the interactions of these midpoints perfectly.
Venus and the Moon would simply be read as a conjunction again. I go into this in my first Aries Ingress post!
Saturn has no midpoints, so that brings me to the end of this post. I hope you all find the delineations helpful, I include midpoints in all of my world astrology posts, but rarely talk about them because it’s a little clunky and a lot to explain!
